DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are processed and sent out within 24 hours of purchase via Australia post. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for Standard shipping, and 1-3 for Express.

*Please note if you live in a regional area, or if you have ordered during Australia Post's busier periods, this may take longer.

Australian orders over $250 are shipped Express for free. ALL domestic parcels are delivered through Australian Registered Post. Order confirmation & Australia Post tracking details are sent via email once dispatched. Stay tuned for International shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, and the delicate nature of our intimates, we’re currently unable to offer returns or exchanges on our intimates.

We completely understand that finding your perfect fit is important so if you’re unsure about sizing or need a little guidance before ordering, please don’t hesitate to reach out at hello@bychar.com.au— we’re always here to help you find your perfect fit.
