DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are processed and sent out within 24 hours of purchase via Australia post. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for Standard shipping, and 1-3 for Express.

*Please note if you live in a regional area, or if you have ordered during Australia Post's busier periods, this may take longer. 

Australian orders over $50 are shipped EXPRESS for free. ALL domestic parcels are delivered through Australian Registered Post. Order confirmation & Australia Post tracking details are sent via email once dispatched. Stay tuned for International shipping.

International Customs & Duties

International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges that may apply to an international order are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges vary between countries and are outside of our control. We recommend checking your country's customs and import requirements before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and customs information. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues caused by customs authorities or incorrect information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, and the delicate nature of our intimates, we’re currently unable to offer returns or exchanges on our intimates.
